Poem 57 of 365

Wind through Windows

For much of what has brought me this happiness, has had its fair share of sadness,
For much of what has thought me to express diversified personality, style and personal caress continues to keep my acceptance.

Through windows, I look at what has inspired me to believe within the powers that be,
Wind through windows brings comfort to my brawny feet and keeps a believer out of those I see.
For much of what has soothed long nights of dismay and disparity, has also collated the suppressed love within me and exposed my insecurities.
For what has served with me through my twenties… pushing me with such a timid might, has begun to criticize me, beat me spiritually and force the young man you now READ to express his creativity.

For what has kissed life into me, raised sparse aspects of dignified complexity, has also shorten death for me… for what has been envisioned has been foretold - through windows I see my existence running out of old.
