Poem 63 of 365

Love, knows on distance

What distant sound of love reaches across the endless valleys of circumstance, and I briefly understand my chance to hold this moment in the palm of my hand
I boldly go where I’m sure to be swept-up by the eyes of his romance, this! I’ve come to fully understand.

What preordained reality pushed this sudden opportunity in from of me, to a very vivid degree
And I wonder what good or bad deed did I unknowingly conceived to have this joy brought to me.

What part of my life would he not intensify?
What side of my self-raised pride would he not magnify?
What part of his love would not be enough to completely stabilize the many versions of emotions we’d build between our prides?

What balanced thought of a person-to-person relationship, knowing he’s miles away
It is such a crazy sight to see the thoughts in what we say to each other day after day after day.

What relief of joyful memories opened me to this wonderful surprise,
And I bashfully admit letting this style of love tear my eyes
What perfection,
What Grace that has me mesmerized.

Love has no boundaries and knows no distance
There’ be no closed doors for an open heart.
