Poem 77 of 365 / Amestaic Endeavors

Amnestaic (Amne-stey-ick) Endeavors

My child shivers with such hunger, Please sir’ may you help a soul in need?
my energy and spiritual dealings seek amnesty and shelter from such a profiling decree .
My punishment for being human, leaves me kneeling on gatherings of dry grits, exasperated thirst brothers me, teases me for I urn for water shavings to drip passionately on rocky lips.

This cage draws much attention to me, I am such a carnival star sight to see... My child screams of such intense whispers, I beg and beg without much that differs, I pray my last breath laying wake to your emotional earthquake of the very strong love I hate - “you see “ fear is gods only structured mistake..for it bares the very fruit that makes me ache.

Salvation, you speak with the voices of those with much words and closed mouths. Rejoice aloud for your vibration of passion touch us all. Because of your efforts silencing those wrong doers, those spiritual polluters will spark a revolution and all sorrow will fall.

I cry of sad determination with salty anticipation our world will actually mimic a unified nation, I giggle with dry spit -expectation. Someday my child and I will ascend from this aggravation and roam free on a new plantation.

I seek amnesty from this misery,
I seek amnesty for the life I was born to lead,
I seek clemency for the actions I create because I have a child to feed,
I seek leniency for my displayed pedantry -through your actions, I no not how else to be.
