Poem 156 of 365/Believavle Renditions of a Surprise

Believable Renditions of a Surprise.

I once believed in deep sea creatures, the boogie man and Santa Claus. I once healed love SO CLOSE to me… I truly believed it was a part of me, and as it showed me longevity it would NEVER flaw.

I believed the stumbles and falls were part of a bigger cause which outlined my eternity, and shaped way for unconditional beauty and covered me like the blanket my nana’ netted me when I was 3.

I once believed dragons could breathe fire, and my patience and devotion would cool us down when heat formed around the communicational channels leading to our smiles and frowns… threaten to beat us down.

I believed superman would marry batman and together they would bring-about-peace when politicians hire chameleon’s to shred my dreams to marry into beautiful monogamy.

I once believed written expression was for the lonely, depressed and the weak …and now find strength and comfort believing in the renditions of what surprises me.
