New Workout
Leg press: hamstring, gluts, quads and stretch,
Dead lifts, calf raise, power lunge then rest.
Push out: flat bench, decline, crossovers and pushups
triceps, chest dips reverse crunch and roll-ups.
Pull in: Wide-grip laterals, bent over row and shrugs
straight arm pullover, butt lifts and knee hugs.
Shoulder press, Arnold style, side raises and curls,
bent-knee hip raises, butt ups to the world.
Treadmill, elliptical, hip flex to sprint,
working out is so damn hard,
but hard work well spent.
